Our mission
Every working day, dozens of regulatory acts are published in Romania’s Official Gazette. Few people have the time or background to read them, even though many change their lives directly: new taxes, new rights, new obligations. MonitorLegal.ro exists to fill that gap: we read the Official Gazette for you and explain, in plain language, what has changed and what it means for you.
How we work
- Daily monitoring. We track every issue of the Official Gazette, Part I, and select the acts with a real impact on citizens, businesses and the organization of the state.
- A fixed structure, built for clarity. Every article covers the news, its effects, what has changed compared to the previous situation, the advantages and disadvantages, practical advice and frequently asked questions.
- The original source, always in view. At the end of each article you’ll find the full text of the regulatory act, with its exact reference in the Official Gazette, so you can check everything at the source.
- Eight languages. Every article is available in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Hungarian and Ukrainian.
What we are not
MonitorLegal.ro is a news publication, not a law firm. Our articles do not constitute legal advice. For specific situations, we always recommend consulting a licensed attorney or tax advisor.
